  • If you are unable to access documents in ERes, you may need to configure your web browser to allow pop-ups from http://duquesne.docutek.com. Additionally, your web browser must be set to allow cookies.


  • If PDFs do not open properly, please ensure that you are using a current PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader.


  • If you are unable to access ERes documents via Blackboard, please open ERes in a new window or access ERes directly through the library's website. ERes does not open properly within the frames of Blackboard.


  • If you continue to have issues accessing e-reserves, please contact the Reserves Assistant at youngblooda@duq.edu or 412-396-6131.
